REFUND POLICY

Payments made through the website are non-refundable and cannot be used for another course.

The price is non-negotiable and non-refundable in case of non-attendance by the beneficiary or if the student is dissatisfied with certain aspects of the course, given that the curriculum is presented before enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITY

The provider does not assume responsibility for isolated technical issues that may occur for certain participants in online courses (weak internet connection, noisy location, computer problems, etc.).

The beneficiary will find a detailed description of each course on the provider’s platform, making it very easy to recognize their current level of information.

The student has the right to enroll in any course on the provider’s platform. The latter does not assume responsibility if the student is not at the level of the chosen course.
